On October 22, 2025, Warsaw hosted one of the most notable events of the year in the field of IT infrastructure and digital transformation! The conference brought together over a hundred specialists, practitioners, team leaders, and technology strategists from various countries, including Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Poland. The day was devoted to how observability affects business in the age of artificial intelligence: from incident prevention to operations automation and building proactive digital ecosystems.
The event took place at Crowne Plaza Warsaw and was the result of a collaboration between Omnilogy, Dynatrace, and BAKOTECH. Participation in this event was particularly important for our company. It allowed us to bring together customers from different markets, create a space for open exchange of experience, and present practical results of using Dynatrace in real business environments.
The scale of the event: experts, customers, and real stories of transformation
The conference program was packed with everything from strategic presentations to in-depth technical sessions. Leading speakers from Dynatrace and Omnilogy took to the stage, including:
Alois Reitbauer — Chief Technology Strategist, Dynatrace Mika Hairo — Strategic Channel and Alliances Manager, Dynatrace Tomasz Płoński — CTO, Omnilogy Michał Olszewski — Solution Architect, Omnilogy Michał Naleziński — Principal Product Manager, Dynatrace Michał Franczak — Principal Product Manager, Dynatrace
Together, they presented their vision for the development of Observability in 2025 and the role of artificial intelligence in the automation of IT operations.
BAKOTECH's own content track
An important element of the event was live communication and exchange of experience between invited customers and a separate BAKOTECH stage. Here, discussions focused on the daily challenges of modern IT teams, as well as on presentations of real-life implementation cases and the practical results of working with Dynatrace under various conditions.
UNIBANK (Azerbaijan) – Murad Gurbanov, Technology Advisor – Together with Natig Piriyev (BAKOTECH), they presented a report entitled “From Monitoring to Mindset: How Observability Transforms IT and Business for UNIBANK”, in which they discussed how building a culture of observability became a growth point for the bank’s entire IT model. VST Bank (Ukraine) – Oleksandr Ryabchun, VST bank – In collaboration with Oleksandr Hohsadze (BAKOTECH), a case study entitled “Dynatrace and proactive MTTR reduction: real case study of VST bank” was presented, focusing on reducing incident resolution time, automating root cause analysis, and improving the stability of key services.
In this format, participants had the opportunity to hear about the practical results of using the platform in various industries and regions, without theory, focusing on experience, figures, and conclusions.
The presentations by the BAKOTECH team were a logical continuation of the client cases, in which the same challenges faced by companies were considered from an architectural, large-scale, and strategic perspective of observability development. In particular: ● Eugene Goncharenko discussed the role of observability in forming proactive teams and long-term technological strategies. ● Vladyslav Berest presented a report titled "AIOps: A New Focus for IT Teams," which focused on the changing focus of IT teams in the age of AI. ● Dmytro Koshchavko shared his practical experience of migrating to Dynatrace SaaS. ● Yevhenii Volkohon highlighted the capabilities of Dynatrace Automation Engine and approaches to large-scale automation of operations. ● Natig Piriyev and Oleksandr Hohsadze participated in joint case presentations with customers, demonstrating the real results of implementing Dynatrace solutions.
The track sparked a lot of discussion and questions. Participants actively shared challenges, sought solutions, and exchanged best practices between different countries and industries.
Omnilogy: a partnership that creates new opportunities
Special thanks to the Omnilogy team for their fruitful collaboration, which has enabled us to bring together the Dynatrace user community from several regions, strengthen knowledge sharing, and expand expertise between the markets of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Observability as a standard in modern business
Throughout the day, it became clear that observability has long gone beyond monitoring tools. It is the basis of digital resilience, the foundation for automation, the foundation for AI optimization, and a key factor in the competitiveness of companies in 2025. And the international Observability Day in Warsaw clearly demonstrated this.
