Gartner evaluated 17 vendors and ranked Dynatrace first in the Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute categories.
The Dynatrace platform provides advanced capabilities for monitoring and analyzing application performance, including observability, using artificial intelligence to detect anomalies and optimize system performance.
Additionally, Dynatrace received the highest rating for three of the five use cases in Gartner's Critical Capabilities for Platform Observability 2024. These use cases include Application Health and Performance Monitoring (4.27/5), Hybrid Infrastructure Platform Operations (4.25/5), and Business Intelligence (4.22/5).
